I entered the industry by chance in 2007 and fell in love with it! Like all my colleagues, I started by practising from scratch.
I have been helping and assisting owners, giving advice on how to improve their performance and Over time I have specialised in growing companies around the world both in terms of numbers and turnover, starting with complete restructuring and leading them either to be well-known multinationals or to be sold for three times their initial value!
I am the Anbba delegate for Northern Italy (association of holiday homes in Italy) and teacher for property manager classes.

Administrative Specialist
I started my professional career in 2013 as an event and social media manager for a concierge based in Rome.
Growing professionally in this industry, as a sales and marketing manager, I became deeply connected to the world of tourism, dealing with the creation of tailor-made trips and experiences for private clients and companies.
In 2016 I started my experience in the vacation rentals , ending up managing bookings in homes for the Italian Song Festival in Sanremo.
My expertise lies in making a trip unforgettable for the clients and at the same time carefree for the owners, suggesting to them from the beginning how to propose their home and with whom it will be enhanced.

Adriano CARÀ
Web Project Specialist
Adriano Carà, Web Marketing Manager and Web Master, oversees the online presence of hospitality establishments and businesses across various sectors comprehensively.
He manages and develops trendy and effective websites, specializing in SEO optimization, storytelling, social media management, meta ads, Google ads, and newsletter management.
He teaches digital marketing in master’s programs, companies, and specialized courses.
Within the hospitality industry, he has a specific goal: direct booking.
He has been a co-organizer of events in the tourism sector for years, especially in non-hotel accommodations.
In Italy, it also deals with national and regional projects aimed at the revaluation and growth of tourist destinations.

Matilde PROSPATO
Social Media Manager
Since 2019, I began my journey in the hospitality industry, where I had the opportunity to cultivate my passion for the world and develop extremely useful skills in tourism.
After studying Language Mediation, Marketing, and Communication at the University of Florence, I pursued a master’s degree in Digital Marketing and Social Media to deepen my expertise.
My experiences as a Social Media Manager have sharpened my strategic and creative vision, leading me to join the wonderful Tara family. Here, I’ve been welcomed with warmth and professionalism, thriving in a stimulating and collaborative environment.
