Having successfully established and operated my own business for several years both in the South of France and the UK, I have honed my skills in property management, market analysis, and client relations.
Drawing from my experience, I served as a consultant on numerous high-profile properties, providing invaluable insights and strategic guidance to optimise the value and appeal of clients rental properties.
My keen understanding of market trends, coupled with a proven track record of success in optimising rental properties, means I have earned a sterling reputation as a trusted advisor in the real estate and luxury rental market sectors, offering unparalleled expertise to clients and industry professionals alike.
I am a real outdoor person and I love spending my spare time hiking, running, cycling, skiing and beach walking with my two dogs.

Delphine ROCHEREAU
I have been navigating on first line the holidays home industry, and more widely the real estate world since 2011.
From Paris to the French Alps, from property manager to high-end real estate transactions, I use all my previous “lives” to establish and follow strategies, optimise values and create trust.
From my naval architecture background, I convey technical and project management knowledge as well as high-end profile clients understanding.
From the tailor-made tourism industry, I bring refined client service and operational excellence.
I am often referred to as a Cartesian brain with a South-American soul. This is what happens when you grow up in a rigid French curriculum but in Brazil!

Shana Macri is a compassionate leader with over 25 years of experience in customer-focused service, bringing extensive expertise in real estate and property management to her role as a consultant in Florida for Tara Home Consulting.
Since beginning her journey in real estate in 2016, she has developed a diverse skill set that includes HOA and Condo Association management, project management, and financial expertise.
Shana excels in evaluating and developing strategic growth plans, optimizing pricing strategies, and implementing innovative technologies to enhance efficiency.
Her collaborative leadership style empowers teams, fosters open communication, and ensures continuous improvement.

MICHELE TRAMBUSTI
Born and raised in Tuscany, I graduated in languages to have the
opportunity to work while traveling around the world…. and so it has been seen that for more than twenty years I have been involved in the world of hospitality and entertainment in the cruise industry.
While still keeping alive my interest in the world of ships, I work as a freelancer in the organization of events on board.
One of the perspectives that has always fascinated me abroad has been that of researching decorative, design and furnishing elements and systems that could be used in the renovation of Tuscan homes.
For a long time in fact the great passion for my territory has led me to study its housing characteristics in depth, following as a consultant the renovation of country houses helped by our family business specialized in the preparation of gardens and interiors with terracotta and ceramic products from our region.
I love challenges and getting results through collaborative work; I would like to make my ideas and my experience available to offer valid and effective solutions or food for thought for our future customers.
I have always considered a house in Tuscany as a jewel to be made to shine, every internal or external corner can have an element to be enhanced by telling beauty, nature, history and tradition especially to those guests who will stay there for short periods hoping to capture the most iconic aspects of the sea or the countryside of these areas.

FEDERICO DELL'OGLIO
My name is Federico Dell’Oglio and I’m from Palermo.
After graduating in Economics and Business Development Management, I worked for several hotels in the city and province of Palermo.
During these years I’ve become passionate about the hotel industry, having had the opportunity to deal with various aspects concerning reception, hospitality and the actual running of a hotel.
For almost 3 years now I’ve also been a ‘host’ because I manage a holiday let in the heart of the city’s historic centre.
I wanted to put my skills and abilities to the test, acquired during my professional career, and put my skills into practice.
Although my career in the industry is still short, I have a lot of passion for the topics covered, hence the choice to join this great team, hoping to give my best to achieve the set objectives.

ANDREA SICURO
I started in tourism in 2006 as a salesperson for a site in Salento , then expanded my experience into real estate. Working in Allianz taught me the importance of listening, honing my ability to understand clients’ needs.
In tourism, I learned that a short-term rental is not just a stay, but an experience. I put myself in the guests’ shoes, analyze every detail, and help owners enhance their properties with tailored strategies.
The vacation rental industry has changed, and with it the need for focused advice. My goal? Maximize profitability and satisfaction by creating solutions that really work.
