I entered the industry by chance in 2007, and fell in love with it! Like all my colleagues, I started practising my craft from scratch (often, the best way to learn).
Over the years, I’ve worked with numerous property owners from all corners of the world to help them boost their performance in business. I definitely lead with numbers, and believe this is the best way to assess any strategy and help future-proof it as best as possible.
I can start by restructuring a business entirely – to help it become well-known multinationally, or be sold for three times its initial value. I guess you could say this is my superpower!
I’m the ANBBA delegate for Northern Italy (association of holiday homes in Italy); and also a seasoned teacher for property manager classes.
When I’m not doing the above, you’ll frequently find me taking the stage at industry-leading events as a speaker.

I began my professional journey in 2013 as an Event and Social Media Manager for a luxury concierge service in Rome. It was here that I first discovered my passion for crafting exceptional guest experiences.
As I advanced into sales and marketing roles, I developed a deep connection to the tourism industry, curating tailor-made trips and bespoke experiences for both private clients and corporate groups. This hands-on approach gave me an insider’s understanding of what truly elevates a travel experience.
In 2016, I stepped into the world of vacation rentals, an exciting new chapter that led me to manage bookings for prestigious events, including the iconic Italian Song Festival in Sanremo!
My expertise lies in creating seamless, memorable journeys for guests, while offering peace of mind to homeowners. From day one, I guide property owners on how to present and position their homes in a way that truly enhances their value – ensuring every stay is unforgettable for guests and effortless for hosts.

I help hospitality businesses and brands across different industries build a powerful, results-driven online presence.
I design and manage stylish, effective websites that not only look great but also perform, backed by smart SEO, compelling storytelling, social media strategies, Meta and Google Ads, and impactful email marketing.
I also love sharing what I’ve learned. I teach digital marketing in master’s programs, corporate settings, and specialised courses, helping others navigate the ever-evolving digital landscape.
In the hospitality space, my focus is crystal clear: direct bookings. I work with property owners and operators to cut through the noise, reduce dependence on OTAs, and take back control of their revenue.
I’ve been co-organising tourism events for years, especially in the non-hotel accommodation sector, and I’m actively involved in national and regional projects across Italy aimed at revitalising and growing tourism destinations.

After earning my degree in Language Mediation, Marketing, and Communication from the University of Florence, I deepened my knowledge with a master’s in Digital Marketing and Social Media; a step that allowed me to merge creativity with strategy in powerful ways.
My work as a Social Media Manager has sharpened my ability to craft impactful content and drive engagement, which eventually led me to the incredible team at Tara. From day one, I’ve felt welcomed and empowered in a collaborative environment that inspires me to keep evolving.
